(Posting as Solomon)
The sun was fairly high in the clear blue shy when Solomon entered the gates of Cynderfall. Behind him in his two dilapidated wagons was his recent crop offerings on the way to his old friend's tavern. The wagons creaked and moaned as he slowly made his way though town.
When he arrived at the tavern, his tired eyes saw a small note attached to the door....
GONE TO RIVERWOOD BACK IN A FORTNIGHT
Without a word, he moved the wagons to the rear of the building to where he always unloads his wares. Like a machine, the aging farmer begins unloading his wheat and other foodstuffs.
Attached to the gate was a small lockbox. Solomon produced a rusted key and inserted it into the lock, unlocking the box easily. Inside was his silver for the wares. A small smile crept across his face....

Staff in hand, as always, Sharara walked down the street of Cinderfall. The Ku'rasi had just returned from her own travels, the dust on her boots evidence of this. It was to the lightning lounge that she was headed. It was not only to satisfy her thirst, but also to speak to Q'Tar of her trip. Speaking to her friend and brother, as it were, about the things she learns was part of her contemplation process. Having another voice in the mix often opened up possibilities she might have otherwise missed.
Coming to the door, Sharara sees the same sign that Solamon saw and her brow furrows a little. Q'Tar had not had the intent to go to Riverwood the last she knew which only made her wonder if something else had happened. With a soft sigh, she moved away from the door to investigate the noise in the back. Perhaps he had recently returned and just not reopened yet. She paused, though, when she saw Solamon and then took a look around half expecting Amennadel to not be far away. "Hello again, Solamon."

Not expecting anyone to walk behind the tavern, Solomon jumped at the sound of another voice. It took a few seconds to regain his composure and looked at the Kur'asi with guarded eyes..
"Greetings." Then his brain clicked, and he remembered her. He stood up straight. "I assure you, there are no more dead things tending my fields. I had no more need for them once I sold that crop, like I said. I am not in violation of any laws you said I was in violation of."
Then he reached over and started to grab another bale of wheat.....

"I know. Amennadel speaks about you often." A slight ly amused expression crossed her face. "I've been staying here in Cinderfall."
Sharara stepped forward then to help with the wheat.

The farmer grinned slightly, and welcomed the help. "Yes. yes. He is a hard worker. One of the hardest workers I have on the farm," he stated. Then his grin melted away...."better than my son ever was."
After a few seconds of sloemn reflection he shook it out of his mind and concentrated on the job at hand. "Thank you for the help."
Once the wheat was unloaded, he turned to face the Kur'asi. "Say, the farm is staffed now, and I have been looking at getting away for a bit. Is there anytihing going on in town that I can do?" Solomon asks. "My friend Q'tar always speaks of the goings on with the people here. It sounds interesting."

"He does work hard indeed."
With the last of the load unloaded, Sharara dusted off her hands a little. For a few moments, there is a look of bemusement on her face but then it fades into something more solemn. "To a degree, I suppose interesting could be an applicable description. Some of those things that have been going on have proven to be fatal. Squire Seth was killed in battle." She does give it some thought. "How much time are you looking to get away for?"

Solomon sighed. "Not long. I do have a farm to tend."
"I am sorry to hear about your Squire. I hope you deal with the ones responsible."

"I'm going to do all that I can to do so." Sharara smiled a bit. "Thank you for the sentiment."
"We can always use help here. Cinderfall is still very much a fledgeling settlement. There are many growing pains to go through, yet."
