Raphael strolls into Noctum and takes a seat, anxiously wondering if Bethany Dobbs is present, and if he might have a word with her.
He orders nothing but a glass of water to wet his tongue, and sits waiting for a trusted confidant.

"Ralphy ol' pal, how are Ya, you smug son of a hag?"
Domhnall slides into a chair and leans back.
"Somethin wrong? Not the exciting and pleasurable company you seek? I could find you a girlfriend, maybe."

Raphael looks slightly surprised to see Domhall, then gets a grin on his face.
"I'm as well as can be expected." He answers truthfully. "We've had some strange things happen in Cynderfall, and I needed some advise from Bethany - if you're here, I'm sure you've met here before?"
"Anyhow, I'm sure you're full of wisdom and advice... I'd almost consider you an expert on the matter..."
Raphael leans over and whispers something in his ear.

Loudly Domhnall asks if Ralphs boyfriend is alright, a grin on his face. A few of the patrons them and stare, a few cheers are made, and Domhnall continues speaking a bit quieter, any natural suspicion from the crowd dispersed.
"Me and Dobs... we go back a little ways. Don't see eye to eye, had a few spats. Now she tolerates me instead of throws me out."
A chuckle ensues. A serving women brings Raphael a water, Dom pinches her. An instinctive slap follows, then a giggle and a wave as she leaves.
He continues. "She, uh, doesn't enjoy all the company I keep. Thinks I should settle down. About your issue... if you can't get along with someone, get dirt on em. Or dispose of them. Or, better for one with your... Delicate constitution... pay someone to do it for you. "

Raphael smirks at the bawd's response, supposing that everything he's suggested is true but a little extreme.
"My experience with Bethany has been a little more grounded I suppose... That's great that she entertains a Bawd though. I suppose it's like she told me, get your name out there."
He ponders for a moment. "I suppose what concerns me the most is that a single death isn't always enough to detour your problem. I've got a fan club of those who I've slayed once, twice, etc that comeback and just want revenge."

"Getting around and schmoozing up to a lord or two wouldn't hurt. No one said anything about killing, Ralphy. Some, uh, enforced vacationing might be better. Perhaps in Frostmire dungeon? I've had a few over zealous charges in my time, it's a good indicator to lay off of someone's radar."
A young women walks up with crossed arms. She kicks the bawd in the calf and points at the door. Domhnall grimaces at her, grins at Raphael, and rises.
"This one seems quite ready to go, so I'll have to leave Ya to Betty's care. Mind your loose ends, Ralphy -"
With a dramatic lean and hand across his face, he adds in a loud whisper "- they just may strangle you."

Raphael grins at the bawd and winks at the woman.
"Take care Domhall. Always a pleasure."
After that conversation, Raphael decides a glass of ale is in order.
