Just outside the door of a moderately sized building, a new notice board. It is noted at the very top that postings are reserved for the leadership of Cynderfall and for readingby citizens for important information and notices. A sign on the building indicates it to be Cynderfall Town Hall.
---------
A parchment is tacked prominently on the board, yet to be accompanied by others. It reads as follows:
Regarding the current armistice with the Kregen;
While this armistice is in effect, and until further notice, Kregen are not kill on sight.
No citizen or adventurer is to openly hunt the Kregen.
If a citizen or adventurer is assaulted unprovoked outside the town perimeter, it is acceptable to protect oneself.
If a citizen or adventurer encounter hostile Kregen within the town perimeter and attack unprovoked, it is acceptable to defend oneself. If at all possible, such intruders should be properly subdued and brought in to Squire Sharara or Esquire Q'Tar for questioning.
Violations will be subject to investigation and, if deemed in violation, punishment enforced.
-Squire Sharara Huyanna

To All Baronial Citizens of Cynderfall,
It has been with the great generosity of our Baron Norrin that for the last year and some that Baronial taxes have been waived in order to enable us to put those resources towards both the conflict with the uprise of the lich Xerxes and that with the Kregen rebels. Now that these crisese are past, all citizens are expected to resume the payment of taxes on the summer and winter solstices. All citizens will need to have in their possession a writ of commission that states that they are current on payment of taxes, as well as any other writs of membership that allow for reduction of taxes. All places of business will be required to provide accurately and truthfully recorded proof of transactions throughout a tax period
It is expected that all citizens purchase new writs of commission at the time of the posting of this order. All common peoples will purchase writs of commission at the rate of 10 silver pieces. All merchants and conductors of business will purchase writs of merchant commission at the rate of 150 silver pieces.
Avoidance of payment of taxes and working with an out dated writ, improper writ or with the lack of a writ will result in the seizure of property and up to confinement.
All transactions for writs in Cynderfall will go through Sherrif Carys and Squire Sharara.
By Hand Of Squire Sharara Huyana
