Sharara gives Khatir and Sahar a polite smile before standing from the table and stepping over to the door to open it for Zodian. "Good day to you, Zodian. It isn't that bad of a time." She gestures for him to enter. "What do you have?"

Zodean gives a quick bow before entering and placing his glaive against the outer wall. He then adjust the paperwork in his hands and hands it over. "This is just a small inventory of the alchemical goods I could get on donation and from my church in Riverwood. I may have to scrounge up some goods myself for your guardsman to use unless you have suppliers present already for alchemy goods and medical supplies. I also have a small listing of what I have to charge medically when folks want a checkup and the such. Sadly I have to do this until I am up and running and my clinic is built." Zodean then stands back a bit taking in the others present. I do hope I really have not interrupted something to pressing for you.

Khatir glances to the door with a raised eyebrow and calls out.
" 'ello! Jus' a minute, friend!"
Khatir turns to face Sharara and Sahar. He smiles wryly.
"We might need tu discuss this another time. I agree. We will join you on this crusade. Ulnos wills it."
Khatir steps towards the door and smiles at the human.
" 'ello Friend! Welcome to Sharara's cabin; you-break-it-you-go-to-jail-and-loose-your-fingers. Do you know the password?"

Zodean looks over to Khatir and gives a small nod in his direction. " Good to see you again my friend, I do hope all is well. Also as far as I know Sharara here has not put a password into effect for whatever reason as of yet. Either way there should be a good supplies to help deal with minor injures and the such until I return from the north. I am heading to Winterrend to apply in the necromancers guild in hopes of furthering my studies in fighting the undead and my medical studies. Either way I wish everyone the best wishes and blessings of your gods upon all of you."

"My husband is joking," Sahar said sternly as she stands up from her chair to gather her belongings. She gives Sharara a nod.
"You know where to find us."
Sahar walked to stand by Khatir's side. She glanced to the newcomer suspiciously before looking to her husband and nodding once.
"I assume this is when we go?"

"I'll come get you both when it is time." Sharara gives them a nod before turning her attention again to Zodian. "Thank you for coming by, Zodian. I know we've been meaning to have this conversation for a while now."

A while later, when the moon is empty and the nights become shorter, there comes a knocking late at Sharara's door. Slight against the frame is the rune scared mage, Jace.
"Good evening, Sharara. Hope you don't mind the late night intrusion, may I come in?"

Though she had not been surprised by Zodian showing up at her door, when the next knock comes Sharara was not certain who else would be coming by. It was quickly answered though as she heard Jace's voice. That caused an eyebrow to raise a little. Jace was the last person Sharara would have expected to come knocking at her door.
The Ku'rasi steps to the door, and takes up the staff leaning next to it, and then finally opens it to reveal Jace indeed standing there. She eyes him carefully, scrutinizing his appearance. "Jace." Her expression settles into an impassive one. "I'm surprised to see you at my door."

Jace shakes his head, carefully maintaining a neutral posture.
"Ive been busy with my mentor, and I've paid little attention to current affairs. Tell me, Sharara, what new troubles face the settlement? And also, what drives your current research?"
At the last, he shifts somewhat uncomfortably.

Sharara allows a couple of seconds of silence linger between the two of them as she studies Jace, considering the situation at hand. Finally, she gestures to an empty chair. "Let's come to an agreement, Jace. I answer one of your questions and you answer one of mine."

Jace graciously accepts her invitation inside. He lingers near the chair without actually sitting.
He turned to the kurasi expectantly, waiting for her question. He seems obviously uncomfortable.

"You seem uneasy, Jace." After taking a glance outside to see if there was anyone else lined up out there, Sharara shut the door and moved back inside. "More than once, I've heard you mention a mentor. Who is this mentor of yours?"

Jace paused for a moment, collecting his thoughts.
"He is.. an aged warrior. His knowledge is extensive, and possesses an understanding of the past I wish to partake of. I'm sry for being vague, but I'm sure your position forces you to sometimes be no less specific."
"Now.... What has transpired since Xerxes was vanquished?

"My position?" Since Jace remains standing, so does she. "There has been the sort of things you might expect; bandits and monsters. We had dealings with a clan of Kreigen and dealt with ravagers. That sort of thing."
"I know about your transformation, I have for some time. Is he like you in that regard?"

Jace is taken aback by learning of Sharara's perceiving his nature, though he spare she was most likely to learn.
"Do me a favor, and don't mention that small detail to your friends in the Gulf. My mentor is special, not precisely the same."
His response is obviously evasive, the subject not one he wants to discuss, even in private.
"You seem horribly interested in the deeper Ashwood. What do you hope to find there?"
